目的：对比研究准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术( laser subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)与准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术( laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)的效果。<br> 方法：回顾性研究我院2005/2012年行LASIK或LASEK手术,并定期随访6 mo以上的近视患者共2488例4778眼,观察手术效果。<br> 结果：术后5 d , LASEK组裸眼视力低于LASIK组,相应地平均等值球镜屈光力高于LASIK组,但长期随访1,3,6mo,组间无统计学差异。<br> 结论：LASEK与LASIK对中度近视的治疗均安全、有效。

AIM:To compare the results of laser subepithelial keratomileusis ( LASEK) and laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK) for the correction of moderate myopia. <br> METHODS:A retrospective analysis was performed in average uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA) and refraction of 2 488 cases 4 778 eyes operated with LASEK or LASIK in our hospital, from 2005 to 2012, and followed up more than 6mo to observe the surgical effect. <br> RESULTS:Three days after corneal refractive surgery, average UCVA was lower and refraction was higher in LASEK group than that in LASIK group, however, these were no statistic differences between the two groups in 30d, 90d and 180d follow-up. <br> CONCLUSION:LASEK and LASIK seem to be similar in terms of safety and efficacy for the correction of moderate myopia.
