依据甘肃省统计年鉴等资料，分析了1978-2011年间甘肃省粮食产量、播种面积、粮食单产的波动规律及其原因。提出了增加投入，稳定提高粮食生产能力；更新粮食安全观念，提高粮食生产的比较经济效益；统筹协调农业结构调整、生态建设与粮食安全的关系等确保粮食安全的措施。
의거감숙성통계년감등자료，분석료1978-2011년간감숙성양식산량、파충면적、양식단산적파동규률급기원인。제출료증가투입，은정제고양식생산능력；경신양식안전관념，제고양식생산적비교경제효익；통주협조농업결구조정、생태건설여양식안전적관계등학보양식안전적조시。
Based on statistical yearbook data of Gansu province and other information,this paper analyzes fluctuation rules and its reason of grain yield,sown area and grain yield per unit area in Gansu province from the year of 1978 to 2011 and then puts forward some measures to ensure food security,such as increasing investment,improving grain production capacity steadily;updating the concept of food security;improving comparative economic benefits of food production;coordinating the relationship among agricultural structure adjustment,ecological construction,and food security and so on .
