　　目的：通过对急性早期前循环脑梗死患者在常规治疗基础上加用“颞九针”电针治疗，评价“颞九针”在急性早期前循环脑梗死中的疗效。方法：采用随机数字表法分为对照组30例（常规治疗）、治疗组30例（常规治疗＋颞九针）、观察72h后及3个月后患者NIHSS评分及3个月后的Barthel指数。结果：“颞九针”组14d后临床疗效优于对照组，其72h后及14d后NIHSS评分改善优于对照组，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：“颞九针”电针治疗可显著促进神经功能恢复，改善急性早期前循环脑梗死后神经功能缺损评分。
　　목적：통과대급성조기전순배뇌경사환자재상규치료기출상가용“섭구침”전침치료，평개“섭구침”재급성조기전순배뇌경사중적료효。방법：채용수궤수자표법분위대조조30례（상규치료）、치료조30례（상규치료＋섭구침）、관찰72h후급3개월후환자NIHSS평분급3개월후적Barthel지수。결과：“섭구침”조14d후림상료효우우대조조，기72h후급14d후NIHSS평분개선우우대조조，유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：“섭구침”전침치료가현저촉진신경공능회복，개선급성조기전순배뇌경사후신경공능결손평분。
Objective: Niejiu needle based on conventional therapy in treating the early diagnosis of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction, to evaluate the curative effect. Methods:To randomly divided into treated group and control group, the treated group was given Niejiu needle based on conventional therapy, to observe the NIHSS score and Barthel index after three month. Results: The treated group were better than the control group, there are significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Niejiu needle treatment can significantly promote the recovery of neurological function, to improve the defect of nerve function of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction.
