　　目的：讨论川芎的鉴定标准，以及在治疗月经不调方面的疗效。方法：根据川芎产地、性状、采收日期进行川芎的分类。并选择100名月经不调患者。50名采用川芎治疗，50例采用口服维生素治疗。治疗4周后，统计不同组别的治疗有效率。结果：根据川芎的产地、采收时间和性状，将川芎分为川芎、抚芎、云芎、东芎。使用川芎治疗月经不调，共治愈38例，好转7例，未愈5例，治疗有效率为90%。使用口服维生素治疗月经不调，治愈29例，好转8例，未愈13例，治疗有效率为74%。二组在治愈例数、未愈例数和有效率方面有统计学差异，P<0.05。结论：川芎在治疗月经不调方面具有更好的疗效，具有更好的临床运用价值。
　　목적：토론천궁적감정표준，이급재치료월경불조방면적료효。방법：근거천궁산지、성상、채수일기진행천궁적분류。병선택100명월경불조환자。50명채용천궁치료，50례채용구복유생소치료。치료4주후，통계불동조별적치료유효솔。결과：근거천궁적산지、채수시간화성상，장천궁분위천궁、무궁、운궁、동궁。사용천궁치료월경불조，공치유38례，호전7례，미유5례，치료유효솔위90%。사용구복유생소치료월경불조，치유29례，호전8례，미유13례，치료유효솔위74%。이조재치유례수、미유례수화유효솔방면유통계학차이，P<0.05。결론：천궁재치료월경불조방면구유경호적료효，구유경호적림상운용개치。
Objective:To discuss the identification criteria of Chuanxiong, and the efficacy in treating the irregular menstruation. Methods:classify the Chuanxiong according to the origin, character and harvest date. And select 100 patients with irregular menstruation. 50 cases were given Chuanxiong treatment, 50 cases were given oral vitamin therapy. After 4 weeks of treatment, count the efficiency between different groups. Results: Classify the Chuanxiong to Chuanxiong, Fuxiong, Yunxiong and Dongxiong according to the origin, harvesting time and character. Treating the irregular menstruation with Chuanxiong treatment, 38 cases were cured, 7 cases were effect, healed in 5 cases, and the efficiency was 90%. Treating the irregular menstruation with oral vitamin, 29 cases were cured, 8 cases were effect, healed in 13 cases, the efficiency was 74%. Two groups had a significant difference in the number of cured patients, healed patients and efficiency P<0.05. Conclusion:Chuanxiong was effect in treating irregular menstruation, and has clinical application value.
