　　文章通过对36例手术病人导尿后出现尿路刺激征的原因分析，提出了导尿时对病人做好宣教、选择合适尿管、选用正确润滑剂、严格执行操作规程、改进拔管方法可使病人舒适度增加，减少尿路刺激征的发生，减轻病人痛苦。

Through analyzing the cause of the 36 cases of surgical patients after catheterization of the urinary tract irritation, proposed when catheterization of the patient to do missionary, select the appropriate catheter, use the proper lubricants, strictly enforce the rules, improve patient exhumation method can increase comfort and reduce the incidence of urinary tract irritation, relieve pains.
