　　目的：探讨集束化护理干预在门急诊皮试患者护理中的应用。方法：采用整群抽样方法，将2012年6月～12月1368例门急诊皮试患者设为观察组，2012年1月～6月1220例门急诊皮试患者设为对照组，观察组采用集束化护理干预，对照组采用常规护理。评价患者皮试效果。结果：对照组患者皮试观察及时性低于观察组（P<0.05）。结论：对门急诊皮试患者采用集束化护理干预，可及时、正确观察皮试结果，降低门急诊纠纷发生率，减轻病人的经济负担及痛苦，有益于医患双方。
　　목적：탐토집속화호리간예재문급진피시환자호리중적응용。방법：채용정군추양방법，장2012년6월～12월1368례문급진피시환자설위관찰조，2012년1월～6월1220례문급진피시환자설위대조조，관찰조채용집속화호리간예，대조조채용상규호리。평개환자피시효과。결과：대조조환자피시관찰급시성저우관찰조（P<0.05）。결론：대문급진피시환자채용집속화호리간예，가급시、정학관찰피시결과，강저문급진규분발생솔，감경병인적경제부담급통고，유익우의환쌍방。
Objective:To investigate the application of cluster nursing intervention in emergency nursing of patients with skin test. Methods:To select 1368 cases of the outpatient and emergency patients with skin test from June 2012 to December 2012 as the observation group, while put the 1220 cases outpatient and emergency patients with skin test from Jaunary to June in 2012 as control group. Observation group was given cluster nursing intervention;the control group was given routine nursing. Evaluate the effect of patients with skin test. Results: Patients in control group were lower than the skin test observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Outpatient and emergency skin test in patients with cluster nursing intervention, can correct observed result of skin test timely, reduce the incidence of emergency disputes, and pain, reduce the economic burden of patients, and it is beneficial to both sides.
