　　目的：探讨补肾活血汤治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法：治疗组用补肾活血汤水煎液口服，1剂/d，对照组用强的松15mg/d早晨顿服，两组同时用生姜汁，3次/d。结果：治疗组与对照组相比疗效有显著差异，P<0.05，治疗组的疗效优于对照组，治疗组的复发率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：中药补肾活血汤治疗多发性斑秃临床疗效好，愈后复发率低。
　　목적：탐토보신활혈탕치료반독적림상료효。방법：치료조용보신활혈탕수전액구복，1제/d，대조조용강적송15mg/d조신돈복，량조동시용생강즙，3차/d。결과：치료조여대조조상비료효유현저차이，P<0.05，치료조적료효우우대조조，치료조적복발솔저우대조조，P<0.05。결론：중약보신활혈탕치료다발성반독림상료효호，유후복발솔저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Bushen Huoxue decoction on treating alopecia areata. Methods:The treated group was given the Bushen Huoxue decoction, one dose per day, the control group with prednisone 15mg/d morning dayton clothing, both groups with ginger juice, 3 times/d. Results:The treated group compared with the control group were significantly different effect, P<0.05, the efficacy of the treated group was better than that of the control group, recurrence rate of the treated group lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of the Bushen Huoxue decoction is good on treating alopecia areata. Recurrence rate after healing is lower.
