目的：观察自拟项痹酊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病对椎动脉血流量的影响。方法：对照组采用口服盐酸氟桂利嗪、银杏蜜环口服液，治疗组采用在对照组基础上外用项痹酊。观察两组患者椎动脉血流量变化。两组均7d为1疗程。结果：治疗组椎动脉血流量增加明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：自拟项痹酊可以有效增加椎动脉血流量，从而有效治疗椎动脉型颈椎病。
목적：관찰자의항비정치료추동맥형경추병대추동맥혈류량적영향。방법：대조조채용구복염산불계리진、은행밀배구복액，치료조채용재대조조기출상외용항비정。관찰량조환자추동맥혈류량변화。량조균7d위1료정。결과：치료조추동맥혈류량증가명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：자의항비정가이유효증가추동맥혈류량，종이유효치료추동맥형경추병。
Objective:To observe the effects of self-made Xiangbi tincture on blood flow of vertebral artery for patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods:Patients in the control group were taken oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride and ginkgo mihuan oral liquid, while the patients in the treatment group were taken Xiangbi tincture for external application except the therapy for the control group.The changes of blood flow of vertebral artery were observed,and 7 days as a course were given to the two groups. Results: The blood flow of vertebral artery in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:self-made Xiangbi Tincture can effectively increase the blood flow of vertebral artery in order to cure patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
