　　目的：探讨半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂证慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：80例门诊及住院寒热错杂证CAG患者80例随机分为两组，观察组40例患者给服经验方半夏泻心汤；对照组40例给予西医常规治疗，维酶素片7片/次，猴头健胃灵胶囊4片/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗12周后复查胃镜以判断疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后临床症状均有不同程度的改善（P<0.05或0.01），其中观察组胃脘痞满、隐痛、嗳气等症状改善较对照组更加显著（P<0.05）；观察组治愈率、有效率分别为52.5%、90.0%，较对照组明显提高（P均<0.05）。结论：半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂证慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效理想，值得临床推荐应用。
　　목적：탐토반하사심탕가미치료한열착잡증만성위축성위염적림상료효。방법：80례문진급주원한열착잡증CAG환자80례수궤분위량조，관찰조40례환자급복경험방반하사심탕；대조조40례급여서의상규치료，유매소편7편/차，후두건위령효낭4편/차，3차/d。량조균련속치료12주후복사위경이판단료효。결과：량조환자치료후림상증상균유불동정도적개선（P<0.05혹0.01），기중관찰조위완비만、은통、애기등증상개선교대조조경가현저（P<0.05）；관찰조치유솔、유효솔분별위52.5%、90.0%，교대조조명현제고（P균<0.05）。결론：반하사심탕가미치료한열착잡증만성위축성위염료효이상，치득림상추천응용。
Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in treating mixed cold and heat evidence chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Methods: 80 cases were divided into two groups, 40 for each. The observation group was given the Banxia Xiexin decoction; while the control group was given the normal modern medicine therapy, Weimeisu tablets one time 7 pieces, hedgehog stomach capsules 4 pieces one time, 3 times a day. After 12 weeks of continuous treatment both groups review the endoscopy to determine the efficacy. Results:After treatment, the two groups have different degrees of clinical symptoms (P<0.05 or 0.01), the epigastric fullness, pain, belching and other symptoms in observation group was improved significantly more than the control group (P<0.05);the cured rate and efficiency of observation group were 52.5% and 90.0%, compared with the control group was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion:The modified Banxia Xiexin decoction is effective on treating mixed cold and heat evidence CAG, worthy of a wide application.
