针对转向器控制阀总成测试主要依靠人工获取助力特性曲线的不足,基于 LabVIEW软件编程环境,结合虚拟仪器技术和伺服控制技术,实现了控制阀总成助力特性测试系统的自动化。该系统性能稳定、操作简单、测试精度高。
針對轉嚮器控製閥總成測試主要依靠人工穫取助力特性麯線的不足,基于 LabVIEW軟件編程環境,結閤虛擬儀器技術和伺服控製技術,實現瞭控製閥總成助力特性測試繫統的自動化。該繫統性能穩定、操作簡單、測試精度高。

In view of the deficiency of the manually achieved assistance characteristics curve of the steering control valve assembly, a system based on the LabVIEW software programming environment and combining the virtual instrument technology and servo control technology is designed to realize the automation of the testing system for the assisting characteristics of the control valve assembly. The system is stable, simple-to-operate, and high in test precision.
