目的:建立痔灵丸中大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相法,色谱柱为 Symmerty C18(4.6×150mm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长254nm,流速1.0mL· min -1。结果大黄素及大黄酚均在1.0~18.0μg· mL -1浓度范围内线性良好;大黄素的相关系数为r=0.9999,回收率为99.95%,RSD=1.04%,大黄酚的相关系数为r=0.9999,回收率为100.24%,RSD=1.28%。结论本法专属性强,可作为痔灵丸的质量控制方法。

목적:건립치령환중대황소화대황분적함량측정방법。방법채용고효액상법,색보주위 Symmerty C18(4.6×150mm),이갑순-0.1%린산(60∶40)위류동상,검측파장254nm,류속1.0mL· min -1。결과대황소급대황분균재1.0~18.0μg· mL -1농도범위내선성량호;대황소적상관계수위r=0.9999,회수솔위99.95%,RSD=1.04%,대황분적상관계수위r=0.9999,회수솔위100.24%,RSD=1.28%。결론본법전속성강,가작위치령환적질량공제방법。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Zhiling Pills.METHODS The Symmetry C 18 column of 4.6 mm ×150 mm was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%H3 PO4 (60∶40 ).The detective wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS Emodin and chrysophanol had good linearity in 1.0~18.0μg· mL-1 concentration range.The correlation coefficient of emodin was 0.9999 ,recov-ery was 99.95%,RSD=1.04%,correlation coefficient of Chrysophanol was 0.9999 ,recovery was 100.24%,RSD=1.28%.CONCLUSION The method is specific ,which can be used for quality control of Zhiling Pills.
