目的：应用蒽酮-硫酸法测定维地红涂剂中多糖的含量。方法以无水葡糖糖为对照品，0.2％蒽酮-硫酸试液为显色剂，检测波长620nm。结果多糖在1.9～34.2μg· mL -1范围内线性关系良好，y＝0.033X-0.0067（r＝0.9999），回收率96.0％，RSD＝1.96％（n＝6）。结论该方法用于维地红涂剂中多糖的含量测定方法稳定，结果重现性好。

목적：응용은동-류산법측정유지홍도제중다당적함량。방법이무수포당당위대조품，0.2％은동-류산시액위현색제，검측파장620nm。결과다당재1.9～34.2μg· mL -1범위내선성관계량호，y＝0.033X-0.0067（r＝0.9999），회수솔96.0％，RSD＝1.96％（n＝6）。결론해방법용우유지홍도제중다당적함량측정방법은정，결과중현성호。
OBJECTIVE To detemine the content of polysaccharide in Verdihong paint by the anthrone sulfuric acid method.METHODS Using the anhydrous dextrose as the control ,0.2%Anthrone-Sulfuric acid as the stain , The content of Polysaccharide was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 620 nm.RESULTS The polysaccharide curve was linear within a range of 1.9~34.2μg · mL-1 , linear equation was y =0.033 x -0.0067 ( r =0.9999 ) , the average recovery was 96.0% with RSD of 1.96%( n =6 ).CONCLUSION This method is accurate and the results has fine repetition.
