以某土石坝为例，针对其拦河坝和顺河坝在稳定渗流和非稳定渗流进行力学分析和研究，着重从渗透坡降、渗流量以及边坡稳定性系数三个指标讨论，计算分析水库大坝的渗透安全性。借助有限元分析，渗流分析方法模拟真实的水库大坝工况，并得到浸润线预警指标。最后得出水库大坝断面浸润线的黄色和红色预警值，为工程实际监测提供参考依据，并计算得出地震作用下土石坝的安全状态。提出的水库大坝渗透稳定性预警线和地震工况下的安全分析，可以用于中小型土石坝的日常工程监测分析，为其安全运营提供科学参考和理论依据。

In the case of a embankment dam ,the barrage dam and longitudinal dam in two aspects of steady seepage and unsteady seepage are studied .When calculating the security of dam seepage ,three indicators such as seepage slope , seepage flow and slope stability coefficient are discussed .With finite element analysis ,the seepage analysis method simu-lates the actual working conditions of the dam so as to get the saturation line of the dam (yellow warning value and red warning value) ,which can provide references for engineering monitoring ,then through calculation ,the safety condition of the dam under seismic action is obtained .Through proposing the warning line for the penetration stability of the dam and the safety analysis of the dam under seismic condition ,it is known that all these mentioned above can be used for the routine monitoring and analysis of small and medium embankment dams so as to provide scientific references and theoreti -cal bases for the safe operation of the dams .
