随着国内经济的发展，城市化发展迅速，市政道路工程建设数量的不断增加，一些因工期紧、质量通病、人为因素造成的市政道路路面局部不均匀沉降塌陷也屡次出现，导致城市整体面貌受到了影响以及经济极大的损失，也给城市居民的日常生活及出行带来了不便，本文将针对路面沉降塌陷进行成因分析并给出相应的预防措施，以避免将来造成更大的质量问题。
