　　目的探讨51例脑肿瘤患者围手术期的综合护理。方法对2012年3月至2013年1月我院收治的51例脑肿瘤患者进行围手术期综合护理，观察患者疗效。结果51例患者2例无效，有效30例，显效19例，总有效率96.1%。结论在脑肿瘤患者围手术期中，采取综合护理，可减少并发症发生率，提高手术治愈率，促进患者康复。
　　목적탐토51례뇌종류환자위수술기적종합호리。방법대2012년3월지2013년1월아원수치적51례뇌종류환자진행위수술기종합호리，관찰환자료효。결과51례환자2례무효，유효30례，현효19례，총유효솔96.1%。결론재뇌종류환자위수술기중，채취종합호리，가감소병발증발생솔，제고수술치유솔，촉진환자강복。
Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing care of 51 cases of brain tumor patients during operation period.Methods The perioperative comprehensive nursing operation period was performed in 51 patients with brain tumor patients from March 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital, observation of curative effect.Results 51 patients failed in 2 cases, effective 30 cases, effective in 19 cases, the total efficiency of 96.1%.Conclusion The comprehensive care use to operation period of brain tumor patients, can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the cure rate of operation and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
