　　目的观察长春西汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年7月至2012年7月住院的VBI患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予长春西汀注射液（河南润弘制药有限公司生产）20mg加入生理盐水或葡萄糖注射液250静滴，1次/d，疗程14天；对照组给予红花黄色素注射液100mg加入生理盐水或葡萄糖注射液250静滴，1次/d，疗程14天。一疗程结束后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率（96%）优于对照组总有效率（84%），两者相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用长春西汀注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Objective Observation vinpocetine treatment vertebral basal artery blood supply clinical curative effect . Conclusion Application of vinpocetine injection treatment of vertebral basal artery blood supply exactly curative effect, it is worth clinical application.
