金属锰冶炼产生的压滤渣在堆存过程中由于降雨及渣体自带水分产生含高浓度Mn、Cr6+的渗滤液,一旦泄漏,将污染下游地下水。结合具体实例,按照《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》要求,对一尾矿库渗滤液泄漏对下游地下水环境特别是生活水源的影响进行评价,评价结果显示,若发生渗滤液泄漏,将导致下游地下水Mn、Cr6+超标,但不会对生活水井产生直接影响,在此基础上,针对泄漏风险,对尾矿库现有防渗措施进行评价,并进一步提出相应的防范措施。

Large amounts of residues are generated in metal smelting , during the piling time, there will be leachate with high concentrations of Mn and Cr6+, which was caused by rainfall and the water in the residues .Once this lechate was leaked, it will contaminate the downstream groundwater.According to“Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment of Groundwa-ter Environment”, this study took one electrolytic manganese project as an example to discuss its influences on downstream groundwater, especially the drinking water wells.The results showed that if the leachate leaked, the Mn, Cr6+of downstream groundwater would exceed standards, but no direct influence on drinking water wells.Based on this assessment, this paper evalu-ated the effects of the existing anti-seepage measures and put forward some additional preventive solutions .
