针对王坡井田煤层气井采出水中污染物含量低,仅CODcr超出国家一级排放标准( GB 8978-1996)的特点,采用活性炭吸附处理,然后通过絮凝沉降迅速回收采出水中悬浮活性炭。结果表明:活性炭投加量为3 g/L、吸附时间为40 min,PAM投加量为2 mg/L,沉降时间为5 min,活性炭回收率为98.35%,处理后采出水CODcr为45.45 mg/L、SS为7 mg/L,达到国家一级排放标准( GB 8978-1996)。

침대왕파정전매층기정채출수중오염물함량저,부CODcr초출국가일급배방표준( GB 8978-1996)적특점,채용활성탄흡부처리,연후통과서응침강신속회수채출수중현부활성탄。결과표명:활성탄투가량위3 g/L、흡부시간위40 min,PAM투가량위2 mg/L,침강시간위5 min,활성탄회수솔위98.35%,처리후채출수CODcr위45.45 mg/L、SS위7 mg/L,체도국가일급배방표준( GB 8978-1996)。
The pollutant concentration of CBM well produced water is quite low , with only COD cr exceed national discharge standardⅠ( GB8978 -1996 ) .Activated carbon was used to quickly recover suspended activated carbon in produced water through flocculation and sedimentation.The results show that when the activated carbon dosage was 3 g/L, adsorption time was 40 min, PAM dosage 2 mg/L, settling time of 5 min, the activated carbon recovery rate was 98.35%, CODcr is 45.45 mg/L, SS is 7 mg/L in the produced water, meeting the national discharge standardⅠ (GB8978-1996).
