研究了一种新型宽温淀粉酶对纯棉织物的退浆工艺,考察了酶用量、pH、温度、时间、渗透剂用量等因素对酶退浆效果的影响,得到退浆优化工艺为:酶用量0.02%(omf),pH=6.5,80℃浸渍15 min,渗透剂DM-1230用量1.0 g/L.结果表明:此新型宽温淀粉酶使用温度范围宽,退浆效果显著,退浆后织物强力损失小,手感柔软.

Desizing process of cotton fabric with a novel wide temperature amylase was studied. The in-fluences of enzyme dosage, pH, temperature, time and penetrating agent concentration on desizing effect were discussed. The optimal desizing process conditions were that the dosage of amylase was 0.02%(omf), the pH was 6.5, the temperature was 80 ℃, the time was 15 min and the amount of DM-1230 was 1.0 g/L. The results showed that the novel wide temperature amylase had wide service temperature, significant desiz-ing effect, smal loss of fabric strength and soft handle.
