研究了黄麻纤维碱、氧一步汽蒸法精细化加工方法,对其工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,汽蒸法精细化加工可有效改善黄麻纤维线密度;最优工艺为:配制整理液(氢氧化钠40 g/L,双氧水30 g/L,稳定剂24 g/L,渗透剂JFC 10 g/L)→室温下浸渍→脱水(带液率为110%)→汽蒸(110℃,40 min)→2 g/L硫酸中和→充分水洗→烘干。

The steaming refining method of jute fiber with alkali and hydrogen peroxide in one step was studied, and the treatment conditions were optimized. The results showed that the linear density of jute fiber could be significantly improved by steaming refining method. The optimal process was summarized as fol ows:preparation of treatment solution (sodium hydroxide 40 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 30 g/L, stabilizer 24 g/L and penetrating agent JFC 10 g/L)→room temperature dipping→dewater (water pick-up 110%)→steaming (110 ℃, 40 min)→neutralization with 2 g/L sulfuric acid→thoroughly washed→dry.
