将对苯二甲酸用二氯亚砜酰氯化后,与N,N′-二甲基-1,2-乙二胺反应,合成了N,N′-二[2-(二甲胺基)乙基]对苯二甲酰胺,再分别与3种不同长度碳链的正构溴代烷烃进行季铵化反应,合成了3种季铵盐类阳离子Gemini表面活性剂.通过1HNMR和IR确认了目标产物的结构.表面张力测试表明,3个季铵盐类阳离子Gemini表面活性剂均有较好的表面活性,其水溶液最低表面张力为29.85 mN/m.乳化性能测试表明,3种季铵盐类阳离子Gemini表面活性剂随着疏水碳链长度的增加,对煤油/水体系的乳化稳定时间延长.

N,N′-bis[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl] terephthalamide was synthesized with N,N′-dimethyl-1,2-di-amine and 1,4-benzenedicarbonyl chloride which was prepared by terephthalic acid and thionyl chloride. Then three quaternary ammonium cationic Gemini surfactants were quaternized respectively with three bromododec-ane with different carbon chain length. The products structure was characterized by 1HNMR and IR. The re-sults of surface tension measurement indicated that the Gemini surfactants display higher surface activities. The minimum surface tension of the Gemini surfactants was near 29.85 mN/m. The results of the emulsifica-tion performance test indicated that emulsion stability time of quaternary ammonium Gemini surfactants to ker-osene/water system increased with the length of hydrophobic group increasing.
