　　随着世界人口的不断老龄化，在我国已将骨质疏松列为三大重点攻关研究的老年疾病之一，中医药在防治骨质疏松方面有其独特的优势，大量研究表明，淫羊藿抗骨质疏松症具有一定疗效。本文将近年来淫羊藿的抗骨质疏松作用、物质基础及其作用机制做一综述，并提出了淫羊藿进一步深入研究的方向。

Background:With the population life extending and the aging society, the number of the patients with osteoporosis is increasing in China. Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantage in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, a large number of studies show that, Epimedium plays a important role in anti-osteoporosis. This article will review the effcet of Longspur Epimedium on anti-osteoporosis, and put forward the direction of further research of Epimedium.
