利用生物滴滤塔小试装置进行了连续的H2 S脱除试验。结果表明:挂膜前采用Na2 S对菌群进行驯化,有助于系统快速启动完成。当进气量在0.05~0.6 m3/h之间变化,H2 S进气浓度在200~1200 mg/m3之间变化时,确定生物滴滤塔有效停留时间大于43 s,对 H2 S的去除率可达98%以上。容积负荷63.9 g /m3·h时,出气浓度0.08 mg/m3,为了满足城镇污水处理厂的厂界废气排放最高允许浓度二级标准的要求,试验确定该生物滴滤塔处理H2 S的容积负荷不超过60 g/m3·h,出气浓度才能达标。

a series of H2 S removal experiments were conducted by the use of biological trickling fil-ter. The results showed that,domestication of microorganisms by Na2 S before hanging membrane was helpful for the quick start of the deodorization system;when the H2 S concentration changed between 200-1200 mg/m3 ,and feed rate at 0. 05-0. 6 m3/h,the effective retention time inside the biologi-cal trickling filter was set to longer than 43 s,98% of H2 S was found removed. When the volume load of H2 S was set at 63. 9 g per cubic meter ceramic pellet per hour,the outlet concentration of H2 S was observed as 0. 08 mg/m3 ,which was higher than the maximum permitted concentration 0. 06 mg/m3 at the factory boundary of municipal wastewater treatment. It is concluded that the outlet con-centration of H2 S falling in the allowable range required that the H2 S volume load be lower than 60 g per cubic meter ceramic pellet per hour.
