目的了解我院抗菌药物应用及细菌耐药情况,通报我院2011~2012年度细菌耐药监测结果,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法对我院2011~2012年度细菌对抗生素耐药数量,种类及耐药率范围进行统计分析。结果在临床比较常见的致病菌中,对β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药率普遍较高,同期临床分离菌以大肠埃希菌,克雷伯菌属和葡萄球菌为主,这些致病菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素均产生不同程度的耐药,以氨苄西林耐药的检出比率结果最为明显。结论需引起重视。药物的抗药性会影响临床治疗,所以建立一个完善的临床细菌耐药监测制度,有利于避开细菌的耐药机制,指导合理用药。值得临床注意

Objective To investigate the use of antibacterials in our hospital and the resistant rates of bacteria in our hospital, about 2011-2012 year bacterial resistance surveillance results, for clinical rational use of antibacterial drugs to provide reference.
