　　目的探讨静脉留置针在椎管内肿瘤手术术前定位中的应用价值。方法对86例椎管内肿瘤患者术前均在X线下确定肿瘤相应脊椎节段后，然后将静脉留置针垂直刺入以肿瘤为中心的棘突间隙内定位，然后以此间隙为中心做手术切口进行手术。结果本组86例患者经术中证实定位效果理想。结论静脉留置针能准确的定位肿瘤在椎管的位置。
　　목적탐토정맥류치침재추관내종류수술술전정위중적응용개치。방법대86례추관내종류환자술전균재X선하학정종류상응척추절단후，연후장정맥류치침수직자입이종류위중심적극돌간극내정위，연후이차간극위중심주수술절구진행수술。결과본조86례환자경술중증실정위효과이상。결론정맥류치침능준학적정위종류재추관적위치。
Objective To approch the application value of the vein detained pin in the localization before the operation of the intraspinal tumor. Methods First, the vertebrae segment of the tumor of the 86 patients was deifnited by the rontgen unit. Then the vein detained pin was made as a indication by pricking into the diastem of the spinous process vertically. Results At last, the location by using vein detained pin had sure effect among the 86 patients. Conclusions The vein detained pin can mark the place of the intraspinal tumor well. The defect:the approach was a trauma procedure.
