　　目的研究分析乳腺彩超和X射线摄影在普查中的合理应用方法和效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年6月期间，我院对1000例女性进行乳腺彩超检查和X线检查的资料，按照检查结果不同将患者随机分为四组，采用kappa评论各组检查结果的一致性。结果Ⅰ组的X线摄影与乳香彩超检查结果一致性相对较差；Ⅱ组患者的检查一致性较好阳性率比较具有统计学意义；Ⅲ组的检查一致性差，阳性率比较差异有统计学意义；Ⅳ组的检查结果一致性很好，阳性率比较无统计学意义。结论进行乳腺临床检查时，应对孤立性结节患者行乳腺X现检查结合乳腺彩超检查；对双侧乳腺对称增生患者行彩超检查；对无异常患者现行乳腺彩超检查。

Objective To study the analysis of breast ultrasound and X ray photography reasonable application method in the census and the effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of January 2008 to June 2012 year, our hospital for breast ultrasound and X-ray examination of the data from 1000 women, according to the test results of different patients were randomly divided into four groups, each group with kappa results on consistency check. Results X-ray photography and frankincense color Doppler ultrasound examination in groupⅠconsistent result is relatively poor;comparison groupⅡpatients examined consistent positive rate was signiifcant;in groupⅢcheck consistency is poor, the positive rate had a signiifcant difference;Ⅳgroup examination results have good coherence, the positive rate showed no statistical signiifcance. Conclusion Clinical breast examination, deal with solitary nodule underwent breast X examination combined with breast ultrasonography;bilateral breast symmetry of patients with hyperplasia of color Doppler ultrasound;breast ultrasound examination no abnormalities in patients with current.
