　　目的?研究手臂振动病的X射线及磁共振成像表现，并分析其诊断价值。方法?选取我院2008年1月至2012年1月收治的40例患有手臂振动病的患者为研究对象，记为手臂振动病组，给予患者X射线以及磁共振成像检查。同时选取同时期未患有手臂振动病的正常人为对照组，统计每组患者的X射线以及磁共振成像的征象，并进行对比分析。结果?X射线显示征象以骨质硬化、骨质疏松和腕骨坏死为主，磁共振成像显示征象除上述之外，还显示骨髓水肿、关节积液以及软组织损伤等。对照组患者未显示腕骨坏死及骨髓水肿；在骨质疏松、关节积液以及骨质硬化方面，手臂振动病组患者磁共振成像所显示的数量高于对照组，组间对比差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论?磁共振成像能够及早反映手臂振动病骨关节的改变，且早于X射线。
　　목적?연구수비진동병적X사선급자공진성상표현，병분석기진단개치。방법?선취아원2008년1월지2012년1월수치적40례환유수비진동병적환자위연구대상，기위수비진동병조，급여환자X사선이급자공진성상검사。동시선취동시기미환유수비진동병적정상인위대조조，통계매조환자적X사선이급자공진성상적정상，병진행대비분석。결과?X사선현시정상이골질경화、골질소송화완골배사위주，자공진성상현시정상제상술지외，환현시골수수종、관절적액이급연조직손상등。대조조환자미현시완골배사급골수수종；재골질소송、관절적액이급골질경화방면，수비진동병조환자자공진성상소현시적수량고우대조조，조간대비차이명현，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론?자공진성상능구급조반영수비진동병골관절적개변，차조우X사선。
Objective?To?study?the?hand-arm?vibration?disease?in?X?ray?and?magnetic?resonance?imaging?ifndings,?and?analysis?of?its?diagnostic?value.?Methods?From?January?to?2012?in?our?hospital?in?2008?January?treated?40?patients?suffering?from?hand?arm?vibration?disease?patients?as?research?object,?recorded?as?hand-arm?vibration?disease?group,?patients?were?given?X?ray?and?magnetic?resonance?imaging.?At?the?same?time?selection?at?the?same?time?not?with?hand-arm?vibration?disease?in?normal?control?group,?each?group?with?statistical?X?ray?and?magnetic?resonance?imaging?ifndings,?and?carries?on?the?contrast?analysis.?Results?X?ray?display?indicia?to?bone?sclerosis,?osteoporosis?and?bone?necrosis,?magnetic?resonance?imaging?showed?features?in?addition?to?the?above,?but?also?revealed?a?bone?marrow?edema,?joint?effusion?and?soft?tissue?injury.?Patients?in?the?control?group?did?not?show?the?carpus?necrosis?and?bone?marrow?edema;?in?osteoporosis,?joint?effusion?and?osteosclerosis,?hand-arm?vibration?disease?patients?with?magnetic?resonance?imaging?showing?quantity?than?that?of?the?control?group,?group?differences?between?apparent,?with?statistical?signiifcance?(P<0.05).?Conclusion?Magnetic?resonance?imaging?to?early?relfect?the?hand-arm?vibration?disease?of?bone?and?joint?changes,?and?early?X?ray.
