　　目的?探讨外科住院患者护理安全影响因素，为针对性的采取预防对策提供参考依据。方法?采用根据相关文献制定的护理安全影响因素调查问卷调查随机抽取2011年1月至2012年12月我院60例外科护理人员和60例患者家属，探讨外科住院患者护理安全影响因素，并提出针对性的预防干预措施。结果?外科护理人员和患者家属外科住院患者护理安全影响因素各维度得分依次为：护士素质与能力、护理工作内部环境、临床工作场所、组织管理、患者、照护人员。结论?外科住院患者护理安全受多方面因素的影响，我们在临床医疗过程中，可以通过采用针对性的干预措施来加强外科住院患者护理安全管理，改善患者的预后。

Objective?To?investigate?the?nursing?safety?factors?of?surgical?hospital?patients?in?order?to?provide?reference?for?taking?preventive?measures.?Methods?Our?sixty?cases?of?surgical?nursing?staff?and?patients?with?family?members?from?August?2010?to?August?2012?were?surveyed?by?the?self-made?general?data?questionnaire?according?to?the?literature?review?in?order?to?investigate?the?nursing?safety?factors?of?surgical?hospital?patients,?and?then?we?put?forward?speciifc?measures.?Results?The?dimension?scores?of?nursing?safety?factors?of?surgical?hospital?patients?were?as?follows:?the?nurse?quality?and?ability,?clinical?nursing?work?and?internal?environment,?the?place?for?clinical?nursing,?organization?and?management,?patient,?care?worker.?Conclusion?The?nursing?safety?of?surgical?hospital?patients?are?affected?by?various?factors.?In?daily?work,?we?can?take?the?corresponding?measures?to?strengthen?the?surgery?in?hospital?patient?care?and?safety?management,?and?improve?the?prognosis?of?patients.
