目的观察联合使用氨氯地平与小檗碱治疗老年人高血压合并痛风患者的疗效。方法根据纳入标准选择老年人高血压合并痛风患者64例，随机分为两组，对照组32例给予单纯氨氮地平治疗，急性痛风患者同时给予秋水仙碱，慢性痛风患者给予别嘌呤醇治疗。治疗组32例在此基础上加用盐酸小檗碱治疗。比较两组治疗后血尿酸(BUA)、血压及血脂等指标的变化。结果与治疗前比较，两组治疗后BUA、舒张压和收缩压均有显著改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组BUA水平改善优于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后与治疗前比较，总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联用小檗碱治疗老年人高血压合并痛风，疗效确切，值得推广。

목적관찰연합사용안록지평여소벽감치료노년인고혈압합병통풍환자적료효。방법근거납입표준선택노년인고혈압합병통풍환자64례，수궤분위량조，대조조32례급여단순안담지평치료，급성통풍환자동시급여추수선감，만성통풍환자급여별표령순치료。치료조32례재차기출상가용염산소벽감치료。비교량조치료후혈뇨산(BUA)、혈압급혈지등지표적변화。결과여치료전비교，량조치료후BUA、서장압화수축압균유현저개선，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；치료후관찰조BUA수평개선우우대조조(P<0.05)；량조치료후여치료전비교，총담고순(TC)、감유삼지（TG）、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)급저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)，차관찰조균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론안록지평련용소벽감치료노년인고혈압합병통풍，료효학절，치득추엄。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Amlodipine and berberine in elderly patients with hypertension and arthrolithiasis. Methods Selected according to the inclusion criteria elderly patients with hypertension and arthrolithiasis 64 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 32 patients, the treatment group, 32 cases; control group was given simple ammonia horizon therapy, in patients with acute gout while giving colchicine in patients with chronic goutgiven al opurinol. Treatment group based on the addition of hydrochloric acid the Berberis less treatment. The changes of serum uric acid (BUA), blood pressure and blood lipids were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, after treatment in both groups the BUA, diastolic and systolic blood pressure were significantly improved, the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05); BUA level of improvement of the observation group than the control group (P<0.05) after treatment; twogroup after treatment compared with before treatment, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) differences were statistical y significant (P<0.05), and the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine combined with berberine treatment of hypertension in the elderly arthrolithiasis, can effectively reduce the BUA, DBP and SBP and lipid level.
