目的：观察中药热敷治疗腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：将120例腹部手术后的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组。治疗组60给予外科术后常规处理。治疗组在对照组基础上给与中药热敷。结果：治疗组肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气及排便时间均少于对照组，两组比较差异有显著性意义（①P＜0.01，②P＜0.01，③P＜0.01）。治疗组优于对照组。结论：中药热敷能促进腹部术后胃肠功能的恢复，优于术后常规处理。

목적：관찰중약열부치료복부수술후위장공능장애적림상료효。방법：장120례복부수술후적환자수궤분위치료조화대조조량조。치료조60급여외과술후상규처리。치료조재대조조기출상급여중약열부。결과：치료조장명음회복、항문배기급배편시간균소우대조조，량조비교차이유현저성의의（①P＜0.01，②P＜0.01，③P＜0.01）。치료조우우대조조。결론：중약열부능촉진복부술후위장공능적회복，우우술후상규처리。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal operation.Methods:120 patients after abdominal operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups. The treatment group of 60 given surgical routine postoperative treatment. The treatment group in the control group based on the given herbal compress. Results: in treatment group, recovery of bowel sound, anal exhaust and defecation time were less than that of the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.01).The treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:the traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can promote gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery, is better than that of routine postoperative treatment.
