目的探讨针药联合治疗颈椎骨质增生的临床疗效。方法选取我院骨科治疗颈椎增生的患者116例，按就诊顺序分为两组，对照组给予独活寄生汤加减治疗，观察组在此基础上加用针灸疗法，1个月为一个疗程，治疗前和治疗三个疗程（3个月）后均用自拟评分表统计两组患者的临床症状，比较两组改善情况；随诊一年，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果两组治疗后颈部活动受限、肢体麻木、头痛头晕、疼痛等临床症状评分与治疗前相比有统计学意义（P<0.05)，但观察组各症状改善情况均明显优于对照组，且数据比较有统计学意（P<0.01）；观察组治疗总有效率为89.7%明显高于对照组74.1%，两组数据比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针药联合治疗颈椎骨质增生，临床效果优于单独用药治疗，远期效果明显。

목적탐토침약연합치료경추골질증생적림상료효。방법선취아원골과치료경추증생적환자116례，안취진순서분위량조，대조조급여독활기생탕가감치료，관찰조재차기출상가용침구요법，1개월위일개료정，치료전화치료삼개료정（3개월）후균용자의평분표통계량조환자적림상증상，비교량조개선정황；수진일년，비교량조환자림상료효。결과량조치료후경부활동수한、지체마목、두통두훈、동통등림상증상평분여치료전상비유통계학의의（P<0.05)，단관찰조각증상개선정황균명현우우대조조，차수거비교유통계학의（P<0.01）；관찰조치료총유효솔위89.7%명현고우대조조74.1%，량조수거비교유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론침약연합치료경추골질증생，림상효과우우단독용약치료，원기효과명현。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for treatment of cervical bone hyperplasia. Methods: 116 patients in our hospital department of orthopedics for treatment of cervical hyperplasia, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group treated by Duhuo Jisheng decoction, the observation group based on the use of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, 1 months for a course, three courses of treatment before and after treatment (3 months) were used the score of clinical symptoms of the patients in the two groups of statistics, comparison of the two group to improve the situation; fol ow-up one year, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results: The two groups after treatment of neck activity, limb numbness, dizziness, headache score and treatment of pain and other clinical symptoms with statistical significance (P<0.05), but the improvement of symptoms in observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the data were statistical y significance (P<0.01); the total effective rate of observation group was 89.7% obvious higher than that of the control group 74.1%, two groups of data were statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture for treatment of cervical bone hyperplasia, clinical effect is better than the single drug treatment, long-term effect.
