　　目的探讨急诊胃镜氩气刀联合金属钛夹介入治疗急性上消化道出血的临床止血疗效。方法45例急性上消化道出血患者，排除食管胃底静脉曲张性出血病例，分别为胃溃疡出血23例，其中8例溃疡基底见血管断端，十二指肠球部溃疡出血12例，贲门撕裂出血9例，进行内镜下氩气刀联合金属钛夹止血，再次出现时可行二次治疗。结果45例(100％)患者均于治疗后即时止血，9例(占20％)患者分别于3天内再次出血，行第二次镜下止血，其中7例出血停止，3天内总的止血有效率95.5％，2例(4.44％)再次治疗无法止血转外科手术治疗。结论急诊胃镜氩气刀联合金属钛夹治疗急性上消化道出血，其止血效果显著，,创伤低，并发症少，具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of argon beam coagulator combined with endoscopic titanium clips to treat hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.Methods 45 cases of patients suffered from hemorrhage of upper digestive tract,of which 23 cases gastric ulcer bleeding,12 cases duodenal ulcer bleeding,9 cases cardia tear syndrome. we treated them with argon beam coagulator combined with endoscopic titanium clips.The patients rebleeding after treatment were repeated the above method. Results 45 cases(100%) stopped bleeding immediately after treatment,of which 9 cases(20%)were conducted second time,and 7cases stopped bleeding.The total effectiveness rate was 95.5%, 2 cases(4.44%)were transformed to surgical intervention because lacking effect.Conclusion Argon beam coagulator combined with endoscopic titanium clips is an effective, safety and less complications methods to treat hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.
