目的对儿童入托和入学查验预防接种证及疫苗补种情况进行分析,摸索出一套行之有效的的管理方法。方法对2006名新生的入托和入学预防接种证查验情况及各种主要疫苗,包括卡介苗(BCG)、乙肝(HepB)、麻疹(MV)、脊髓灰质炎口服(OPV)、白破疫苗(Td)、百白破(DPT)的接种率及补证进行统计分析。结果托幼机构、小学、初中2011年9月新生预防接种证查验率分别为100%、98.02%、100%;全程免疫接种合格率分别为80.35%、84.76%、90.44%;初中新生全程免疫接种率明显高于托幼机构(P<0.05)。本地接种合格率为89.72%,流动人口接种合格率为75.64%;本地人口接种合格率明显高于流动人口,差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P<0.05。结论本地区入托和入学查验预防接种已基本落实到位,但全程免疫合格率较低,特别是流动人口儿童的预防接种工作还应加强。

Objective: to children's nursery and school inspection certificate of vaccination and the vaccine management situation analysis, worked out a set of effective management methods.Methods: 2006 newborn nursery and school entry vaccination certificate inspection and various vaccines, including BCG (BCG), B (HepB) (MV), measles, poliomyelitis oral (OPV), white broken vaccine (Td), (DPT) DPT vaccination rate and fil permit to conduct statistical analysis.Results: kindergarten, primary school, junior middle school in 2011 September neonatal vaccination certificate inspection rates were 100%, 98.02%, 100%; immune vaccination rates were 80.35%, 84.76%, 90.44% junior high school students; ful immunization rate was significantly higher than that of kindergartens (P<0.05).Local inoculation of the qualified rate is 89.72%, the floating population with the qualified rate is 75.64%; the local population of vaccination rate was significantly higher than that of floating population, the difference was significant, with statistical significance P<0.05.Conclusion: the local nursery and school inspection vaccination is fulfil ed basical y already in place, but the whole immune qualified rate is low, especial y for the children of mobile population of vaccination should be strengthened.
