目的:探讨体验录像回放反思在《护理人际沟通与礼仪》教学中的效果。方法:本研究在《护理人际沟通与礼仪》课程中采用礼仪训练和情景模拟表演等体验方式实施教学,并对礼仪训练和情景模拟表演全过程录像,结束后回放录像并反思,进行讨论、评价和分析,课程结束后,发放调查表了解学生对教学效果的评价。结果:91.8%以上的学生认为体验后反思教学可激发学生学习兴趣,有利于培养学生的评判性思维,对提高护生的主动沟通意识、人文关怀意识、团结协作能力、礼仪修养等方面帮助较大或很大。结论:体验后反思教学有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,养成学生良好礼仪修养和主动沟通意识的自我培养,有助于学生沟通交流、团结协作、人文关怀等综合素质的提高。

목적:탐토체험록상회방반사재《호리인제구통여례의》교학중적효과。방법:본연구재《호리인제구통여례의》과정중채용례의훈련화정경모의표연등체험방식실시교학,병대례의훈련화정경모의표연전과정록상,결속후회방록상병반사,진행토론、평개화분석,과정결속후,발방조사표료해학생대교학효과적평개。결과:91.8%이상적학생인위체험후반사교학가격발학생학습흥취,유리우배양학생적평판성사유,대제고호생적주동구통의식、인문관부의식、단결협작능력、례의수양등방면방조교대혹흔대。결론:체험후반사교학유리우격발학생적학습흥취,양성학생량호례의수양화주동구통의식적자아배양,유조우학생구통교류、단결협작、인문관부등종합소질적제고。
Objective:To discuss the effect of introspecting experience by video replay in the education of nursing interpersonal communication and etiquette. Method:In the study,the nursing interpersonal communication and etiquette class was taught by experiences of etiquette training and scenarios simulation performance,and the whole process was videotaped. After the experience,the video was replayed and the process was introspected, discussed,evaluated and analyzed. At the end of the class,the effects of education were evaluated by sending questionnaires to students. Result:It was thought by more than 91.8%studentrs that leaning interest could be aroused by introspecting experience by video replay. It was benefit to training students critical thinking and improving the students consciousness of communication active,humanistic care and cooperation. It made great help to etiquette skills. Conclusion:The education of introspecting experience is benefit to arousing students interest of learning,developing students good etiquette skills and consciousness of communicate actively. It contributs to improving the ability of communication,cooperation and humanistic care.
