　　目的实践与探索人性化护理工作在健康体检中应用的作用和效果。方法转变观念，强化服务意识，规范护理行为，塑造新形象，营造舒适体检环境，创建便捷服务流程。注重在健康体检前、体检中及体检后的人性化护理服务。结果健康体检的服务质量明显改善，客户满意度逐年提高，体检业务量不断增加，医院体检中心的经济效益大大提高。结论在健康体检中实施人性化护理服务是提高体检服务满意度的发展方向。

Objective To probe into the function and effect of the application of humanistic nursing care in health examination . Methods Change ideas,strengthen the service consciousness,regulate nursing conducts,shape a new image,construct a comfortable medical environment and establish a convenient and fast service process.Meantim epay attention to the humanistic nursing care of health examination and medical services before,during and after the examination.Results Service quality of health examination is significantly im proved,the customer satisfaction degree has increased annually,the volume of health examination business has escalated continuously, and the econom ic effectiveness of the hospital medical center has greatly boosted .Conclusion Implementing humanistic nursing care in health examination is a developm ent direction to increase health examination satisfaction degree.
