　　目的探讨硫化氢矿泉浴治疗高血压及伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者的治疗效果。方法选择80例1级原发性高血压患者，且同时血清同型半胱氨酸浓度＞15μmol/L为实验组，选择80例血压及同型半胱氨酸正常者为健康对照组。对实验组80例患者进行1个疗程的水疗，测定水疗前后血压及血清硫化氢和同型半胱氨酸数值。进行统计学处理。结果1级高血压患者1个疗程，收缩压平均下降了20.4 mmHg (1 mmHg＝0.133 kPa )，舒张压平均下降了12.5 mmHg ，血清硫化氢平均上升了13.7μmol/L，血清同型半胱氨酸下降了6.3μmol/L。治愈率82.5%。结论硫化氢矿泉浴可治疗原发性高血压患者(1级)，可使血清同型半胱氨酸降低。
　　목적탐토류화경광천욕치료고혈압급반고동형반광안산혈증환자적치료효과。방법선택80례1급원발성고혈압환자，차동시혈청동형반광안산농도＞15μmol/L위실험조，선택80례혈압급동형반광안산정상자위건강대조조。대실험조80례환자진행1개료정적수료，측정수료전후혈압급혈청류화경화동형반광안산수치。진행통계학처리。결과1급고혈압환자1개료정，수축압평균하강료20.4 mmHg (1 mmHg＝0.133 kPa )，서장압평균하강료12.5 mmHg ，혈청류화경평균상승료13.7μmol/L，혈청동형반광안산하강료6.3μmol/L。치유솔82.5%。결론류화경광천욕가치료원발성고혈압환자(1급)，가사혈청동형반광안산강저。
Objective To study the treatment effect of using sulfuretted hydrogen mineral bath to treat hypertension and hyperhom o-cysteinemia.Methods 80 sufferers with type1 primary hypertension and serum hom ocysteine density>15 μm ol/L were selected as the treatment group ,and another 80 sufferers with norm alblood pressure and hom ocysteine were selected as the control group .The 80 suffer-ers in the treatment group were given a treatment course of spa,then blood pressure,serum sulfuretted hydrogen,and hom ocysteine val-ues before and after spa were measured and statistically conducted .Results Afterone treatment course among the sufferers with type1 primary hyper tension ,systolic pressure dropped by an average of 20 .4 mmHg ( 1 mmHg=0 . 133 kPa ) ,diastolic pressure dropped by an average of 12.5 mmHg,serum sulfuretted hydrogen increased by an average of 13.7μm ol/L ,serum hom ocysteine decreased by 6.3μm ol/L . The cure rate was 82.5% .Conclusion Sulfuretted hydrogen mineral bath can treat type1 primary hypertension and can decrease serum hom ocysteine.
