　　目的：探讨超声弹性成像对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法：在常规二维超声检查的基础上，再启用超声弹性成像技术对94例120个乳腺肿块患者进行检查，首先观察乳腺肿块的灰阶声像图特征，然后对肿块进行硬度分级，最后与术后病理结果进行对照。结果：良性肿块79个，恶性肿块41个，超声弹性成像诊断乳腺恶性肿块的敏感度、特异度、符合率分别为85．4％、87．3％、86．7％；其诊断乳腺恶性肿块的ROC曲线下面积（Az）为0．899。结论：超声弹性成像技术检查对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断具有较高的临床诊断价值。
　　목적：탐토초성탄성성상대유선종괴적진단개치。방법：재상규이유초성검사적기출상，재계용초성탄성성상기술대94례120개유선종괴환자진행검사，수선관찰유선종괴적회계성상도특정，연후대종괴진행경도분급，최후여술후병리결과진행대조。결과：량성종괴79개，악성종괴41개，초성탄성성상진단유선악성종괴적민감도、특이도、부합솔분별위85．4％、87．3％、86．7％；기진단유선악성종괴적ROC곡선하면적（Az）위0．899。결론：초성탄성성상기술검사대유선량악성종괴적진단구유교고적림상진단개치。
Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of breast masses .Methods:Ninety-four patients with 120 breast lesions underwent examination with conventional two-dimensional grayscale ultrasound and further confirmation with ultrasonic elastography .The breast lesions were initially characterized in terms of gray scale and graded for mass rigidity in elastography fashion .The results were compared with pathological findings.Results:Of the total 120 lesions,79 were benign and 41 malignant. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for the malignant lesion by ultrasonic elastography were 85.4%,87.3% and 86.7%,respectively.The area under receiver operating characteristic (ROC)curve(Az)was 0.899.Conclusion:Ultrasonic elastography has higher clinical value in diagnosis of malignant and benign breast masses .
