　　目的：研究比较椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术与常规开放手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期疗效及优缺点。方法：回顾性分析2008年1月～2012年12月手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例，其中应用椎间盘镜手术治疗（MED组）腰椎间盘突出症患者52例，常规开放手术治疗椎间盘突出症患者48例。MED组及常规开放手术组疗效采用主观满意率问卷调查表及Nakai评分进行测定。结果：椎间盘镜下髓核摘除组与椎板开窗髓核摘除组疗效优良率分别为98％

Objective:To observe the short-term efficacies and profits be-tween microendoscopic discectomy(MED) and conventional open surgical procedure for removing the herniated nucleus pulposus(disc).Methods:Between Jan.2008 and Dec.2012,100 patients herniated disc underwent either MED(n=52) or traditional(open)disectomy(n=48).The effica-cies and subjective satisfaction rate in the two groups were evaluated using a questionnaire and Nakai scale.Results:The clinical efficacy rates were 98% and 96% for MED and open disectomy,respectively,and the Nakai grade and subjective satisfaction rate between the two groups had no sig-nificant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion:Both procedures can effec-tively relieve the symptoms of patients with herniated lumbar discs and re-present similar short-term efficacies.Yet,MED can lead to minimal inva-sion,less blood loss,earlier recovery and significantly decreased postoper-ative pain.
