目的:观察眼镜蛇毒对大鼠海马CA1区c-fos、c-jun和BDNF表达的影响,探讨眼镜蛇毒中毒的可能机制。方法:24只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、生理盐水组和眼镜蛇毒组,每组8只。采用免疫组织化学方法,观察并比较c-fos、c-jun和BDNF在上述各组大鼠海马CA1区的表达。结果:眼镜蛇毒组大鼠海马CA1区c-fos、c-jun和BDNF阳性神经元显著多于正常对照组和生理盐水组(P<0.01),其细胞平均灰度值显著低于正常对照组、生理盐水组( P <0.01)。结论:海马CA1区c-fos、c-jun和BDNF表达上调可能参与了眼镜蛇毒神经毒性的病理过程。

목적:관찰안경사독대대서해마CA1구c-fos、c-jun화BDNF표체적영향,탐토안경사독중독적가능궤제。방법:24지대서수궤분위정상대조조、생리염수조화안경사독조,매조8지。채용면역조직화학방법,관찰병비교c-fos、c-jun화BDNF재상술각조대서해마CA1구적표체。결과:안경사독조대서해마CA1구c-fos、c-jun화BDNF양성신경원현저다우정상대조조화생리염수조(P<0.01),기세포평균회도치현저저우정상대조조、생리염수조( P <0.01)。결론:해마CA1구c-fos、c-jun화BDNF표체상조가능삼여료안경사독신경독성적병리과정。
Objective:To observe the effect of Naja naja atra ( N.naja Chinese cobra) venom on the expression of c-fos,c-jun and brain-derived neurotrophic factors(BDNF) at the CA1 region of a rat′s hippocampus, and investigate the possible mechanism of poisoning from N.naja cobra venom.Methods:Twenty-four rats were randomized into groups of con-trols,administration of either saline or N.naja cobra venom ( n =8 for each) .Immunohistochemistry technique was used to observe the expres-sion variation of c-fos,c-jun and BDNF at the CA1 region of hippocampus in the experimental rats.Results:The number of c-fos,c-jun and BDNF positive cells in hippocampus CA1 region were significantly increased in rats treated with Naja naja atra venom,presented with evidently lower cel-lular gray value,as compared with the controls and those managed with sa-line groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Up-regulated c-fos,c-jun and BDNF expression in hippocampus CA1 region of rats may be involved in the pathological process of nuurotoxicity of N.naja cobra.
