治理瓦斯的直接手段是施工瓦斯抽放钻孔,但在普氏系数低于0.5的松软煤层中治理瓦斯不论是成孔深度还是瓦斯抽放效果都不理想,为掘进施工埋下重大安全隐患。为改变松软煤层瓦斯抽放现状,将新型瓦斯抽放钻孔技术应用于平煤十矿,试验效果显著,成孔率达80%以上,平均纯抽采量提高8倍以上,有效地提高了瓦斯抽放效率,为煤矿安全生产提供了有力的技术保障。

The direct gas control measure is to drill gas drainage holes, but the depth of the finished holes and the gas drainage effect in the soft coal seam with Polodyakonov coefficient lower than 0. 5 are not ideal,which will leave the hidden danger in drivage operation. A new gas drainage hole drilling technology was applied in Pingdingshan No. 10 Mine in order to change the present gas drainage status in soft coal seam. The test results showed that the gas drainage effect was obvious,the hole-forming rate reached 80% or more,and the gas drainage amount increased by 8 times,which effectively improved the gas drainage rate and can provide an effective guarantee for safe production in coal mines.
