针对南桐矿区东林煤矿扭转构造带煤与瓦斯突出灾害特征及非接触式连续预测技术研究不足的问题,采用实验室研究、现场考察等手段,对东林煤矿扭转构造带煤与瓦斯突出灾害特征及煤与瓦斯突出声发射预测技术进行了研究,结果表明:东林煤矿扭转构造形成过程中的挤压作用、剪切滑动作用造成了煤层厚度急剧变化及构造应力集中,使得煤与瓦斯突出灾害频繁发生,钻屑量指标严重超标,表现出以应力为主导的特征。采用声发射连续预测技术结合常规钻屑指标法预测技术,对东林煤矿煤与瓦斯突出灾害预测指标进行了研究,确定出东林煤矿煤与瓦斯突出预测地应力指标钻屑量临界值为15 kg/m,声发射能量指标临界值为20。
針對南桐礦區東林煤礦扭轉構造帶煤與瓦斯突齣災害特徵及非接觸式連續預測技術研究不足的問題,採用實驗室研究、現場攷察等手段,對東林煤礦扭轉構造帶煤與瓦斯突齣災害特徵及煤與瓦斯突齣聲髮射預測技術進行瞭研究,結果錶明:東林煤礦扭轉構造形成過程中的擠壓作用、剪切滑動作用造成瞭煤層厚度急劇變化及構造應力集中,使得煤與瓦斯突齣災害頻繁髮生,鑽屑量指標嚴重超標,錶現齣以應力為主導的特徵。採用聲髮射連續預測技術結閤常規鑽屑指標法預測技術,對東林煤礦煤與瓦斯突齣災害預測指標進行瞭研究,確定齣東林煤礦煤與瓦斯突齣預測地應力指標鑽屑量臨界值為15 kg/m,聲髮射能量指標臨界值為20。

To counter the insufficient research on the disaster characteristics of coal and gas outburst in the torsion structural zone and the non-contact continuous prediction technology in Donglin Mine of Nantong Coal Mining Area,research was carried out on the disaster characteristics of coal and gas outburst in the torsion structural zone and the acoustic emission prediction technology of coal and gas outburst through laboratory study and on-site investigation. The results indicated that the squeezing action and shearing and sliding action in the formation process of the torsion structural zone in Donglin Mine caused the sharp change of the seam thickness and the concentration of structural stress,the frequent occurrence of coal and gas outbursts and serous overrun of cuttings index,and showed the characteristics dominated by the stress. In addition, study was made on the disaster prediction indicators of coal and gas outburst in Donglin Mine by using acoustic emission prediction technology and the conventional cuttings index prediction technology,it was determined that the critical value of cuttings volume for coal and gas outburst was 15kg/m and that of the energy index of acoustic emission was 20.
