针对目前在煤矿井下混凝土喷射机上料高度高、控尘及除尘难的问题,提出一种降低上料高度同时能对其进行控尘及除尘的新技术,并进行了试验研究。结果表明,在混凝土喷射机上料及控除尘装置正常运转的过程中,周围1 m内的粉尘质量浓度能降低到3.5 mg/m3,同时还大大降低了工人的劳动强度,极大程度上改善了锚喷作业的工作环境。
針對目前在煤礦井下混凝土噴射機上料高度高、控塵及除塵難的問題,提齣一種降低上料高度同時能對其進行控塵及除塵的新技術,併進行瞭試驗研究。結果錶明,在混凝土噴射機上料及控除塵裝置正常運轉的過程中,週圍1 m內的粉塵質量濃度能降低到3.5 mg/m3,同時還大大降低瞭工人的勞動彊度,極大程度上改善瞭錨噴作業的工作環境。

To counter the problems such as the high feed opening of the concrete spraying machine,difficult dust control and removal in coal mines,a new technology that can reduce the feed height of the concrete spraying machine and effectively suppress the dust was put forward in this paper and experimental study was made on it. The results showed that the dust concentration was decreased to 3. 5 mg/m3 in 1 meter range when the feeding and dust control devices of the concrete spraying machine were in normal operation. This technology greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers and improved the working environment conditions of bolting and shotcrete operation.
