针对煤矿井下巷道的特点和无线监测系统应用的特殊性,提出一种低功耗煤矿无线监测系统的设计方案,并建立了测试平台进行方案验证。通过研究系统的组网机制、低功耗设计、同步机制、路由机制和工作机制,给出了以ZIGBEE协议的CC2530为核心低功耗无线传感器节点和无线网关的设计方案。无线传感器节点连接各类传感器探头,周期性地采集、处理和上传环境参数数据;无线网关连接以太网串口数据转换模块接入以太环网,将无线传感器节点上传的数据发送至监控中心。测试表明,该系统具有良好的扩展性、灵活性和快捷性。

To counter to the characteristics of mine roadways and the application particularity of the wireless monitoring system, a design scheme of the low-power coal mine wireless monitoring system was proposed and a test platform was built for the verification of this scheme. Through the study of the networking mechanism,low-power design,synchronous mechanism,routing mechanism and working mechanism of the wireless monitoring system,the design scheme of the low-power wireless sensor nodes and the wireless gateways was put forward,which takes CC2530 based on ZIGBEE protocol as the core. The wireless sensor's nodes are connected to various kinds of sensors and periodically acquire,collect,process and unload the environmental parameters;the wireless gateways are connected to the Ethernet serial data conversion modules and transmit the data which were unloaded by the wireless sensors' nodes to the monitoring center. The tests indicated that this system has good extensibility,flexibility and quickness.
