采用GC-4075型煤自燃测定仪、DSC(差热分析)系统和程序升温实验系统,对孟巴矿不同含水煤样的色谱吸氧量拐点温度、DSC“0冶值点温度和拐点温度、临界温度,以及渍( CO2)/渍( CO)比值拐点温度进行了分析,确定出水分对各特征温度的影响规律,为孟巴矿主采煤层自然发火的预测预报提供基础数据与理论支持。
採用GC-4075型煤自燃測定儀、DSC(差熱分析)繫統和程序升溫實驗繫統,對孟巴礦不同含水煤樣的色譜吸氧量枴點溫度、DSC“0冶值點溫度和枴點溫度、臨界溫度,以及漬( CO2)/漬( CO)比值枴點溫度進行瞭分析,確定齣水分對各特徵溫度的影響規律,為孟巴礦主採煤層自然髮火的預測預報提供基礎數據與理論支持。

In this paper, analysis was made on the inflection point temperature of the chromatographic oxygen absorption capacity of different water-bearing coal samples in Mengba Mine, the “0”-value point and inflection point temperature and the critical temperature of DSC (differential thermal analysis) system as well as the ratio inflection point temperature of ψ(CO2)/ψ(CO) by using GC-4075 coal spontaneous combustion tester,DSC( differential thermal analysis) system and the experimental system of programmed temperature rise,and the influence law of the moisture on the characteristic temperature of coal was determined,which thus provided the basic data and theoretical support for the prediction of spontaneous combustion in the main mining seams in Mengba Mine.
