目的：观察针灸配合穴位注射治疗对精神发育迟滞儿童的治疗有效性。方法：将2012年我科确诊精神发育迟滞患儿87例分为两组，治疗组45例采用头针结合体针配合穴位注射治疗，并进行家庭教育指导，对照组42例仅家庭教育指导下在家行家庭教育，两组采用0～6岁儿童心理发育量表进行DQ值评定，比较治疗前后结果。结果：大部分患儿经治疗后临床症状及评测分值都有改善及提高（P<0.05），其中显效10例，有效30例，无效5例，总有效率88.9%。结论：针灸配合穴位注射是治疗儿童精神发育迟滞的有效治疗手段之一。
목적：관찰침구배합혈위주사치료대정신발육지체인동적치료유효성。방법：장2012년아과학진정신발육지체환인87례분위량조，치료조45례채용두침결합체침배합혈위주사치료，병진행가정교육지도，대조조42례부가정교육지도하재가행가정교육，량조채용0～6세인동심리발육량표진행DQ치평정，비교치료전후결과。결과：대부분환인경치료후림상증상급평측분치도유개선급제고（P<0.05），기중현효10례，유효30례，무효5례，총유효솔88.9%。결론：침구배합혈위주사시치료인동정신발육지체적유효치료수단지일。
Objective:Observe the efficiency of acupuncture plus acupoint injection for children with mental retardation. Methods:Divide 87 children into 2 groups (treatment group 45cases and control group 42 cases), who were diagnosed with mental retardation in 2012. Besides family education guidance, the treatment group also was treated with scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture plus acupoint injection, while the control group was just taught family education guidance. Before and after the treatment, both groups were assessed with 0~6 year old children’s mental development scale to get DQ results and compare them. Results: After the treatment, the DQ and clinical symptoms of most treatment group’s children were improved (P<0.05), among which 10 cases were markedly effective, 30 cases were effective, 5 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 88.9%. Conclusion:Acupuncture combing with acupoint injection is one of the effective measures for children with mental retardation.
