目的：探讨穿透性角膜移植的主要病因、疗效及并发症。 　　方法：回顾性分析2011-01/2013-06于我院行穿透性角膜移植术的患者150例150眼。 　　结果：病因：角膜白斑99眼(66%),角膜变性18眼(12%),角膜溃疡15眼(10%),角膜内皮失代偿10眼(6.7%),圆锥角膜8眼(5.3%)。疗效：植片透明110例(73.3%)。视力≤0.05者42例(28%),0.05<视力≤0.3者60例(40%),视力>0.3者48例(32%)。并发症：主要并发症为免疫排斥反应28例(18.7%)。 　　结论：穿透性角膜移植是治疗角膜疾病致盲的重要有效手段,但术后排斥反应仍是影响手术成功的主要因素。
목적：탐토천투성각막이식적주요병인、료효급병발증。 　　방법：회고성분석2011-01/2013-06우아원행천투성각막이식술적환자150례150안。 　　결과：병인：각막백반99안(66%),각막변성18안(12%),각막궤양15안(10%),각막내피실대상10안(6.7%),원추각막8안(5.3%)。료효：식편투명110례(73.3%)。시력≤0.05자42례(28%),0.05<시력≤0.3자60례(40%),시력>0.3자48례(32%)。병발증：주요병발증위면역배척반응28례(18.7%)。 　　결론：천투성각막이식시치료각막질병치맹적중요유효수단,단술후배척반응잉시영향수술성공적주요인소。
AIM: To investigate the main reasons, effects and complications of penetrating keratoplasty. METHOTS: Retrospective analysis on 150 cases ( 150 eyes) of penetrating keratoplasty was done from Jan. 2011 to June 2013. RESULTS: Reasons: coneal lecuma 99 eyes ( 66%);corneal degeneration 18 eyes ( 12%); corneal ulcers 15 eyes ( 10%); corneal endothelium decompensation 10 eyes (6. 7%);keratoconus 8 eyes (5. 3%). Effects:Grafts were transparent in 110 eyes (73. 3%). There are 42 eyes (28%) less than or equal to 0. 05 in visual acuity,60 eyes (40%) better than 0. 05 and less than or equal to 0. 3 and 48 eyes (32%) better than 0. 3. Complication: The main complication was immune rejection (28 eyes, 18. 7%). CONCLUSION:Penetrating keratoplasty is an important and effective means for keratitis disease.
