　　癌症，多因气滞、血瘀、痰凝而成，肝癌亦是如此。情志内伤，肝血暗耗，致气血失调，是肝癌发病的重要因素。肝为刚脏，为“将军之官”，藏血，主疏泄，性喜条达。若情志不畅，气血运行不足或气机阻滞，疏泄不能，则或化寒化热，或化腐蕴结，或胆汁瘀滞，或癌瘤走窜流注，变证丛生，诸症并存，互为因果，而形成癌。因此，保持“将军之官”的刚正不阿之气条达舒畅，有助于气血的运行，使蕴毒消散而达到防癌抗癌的佳效。

Modern internal injuries and liver blood con-sumption lead to disorder of qi and blood, which is an important factor of developing liver cancer. Liver organ is strong officer of the general, which could store blood, adjust mood and likes being unimpeded. If mood is bad, qi and blood run insufficiently or Qi activity is restrained and causes the incompe-tence. Regulating heat or the cold, or decay, or bile stasis, or cancerous tumors walk up lingering and changing the symptoms, the diseases coexist causal and form cancer. Therefore, keeping the qi of the integrity "officer" to refresh can help accumulate poison to dissipate and contribute to the operation of the qi and blood and broad qi activity, then would achieve the effect of cancer treatment.
