目的:研究丹参对高同型半胱氨酸血症( HHcy)兔心室重塑的影响。方法:用2%蛋氨酸饮食制备兔HHcy模型,丹参3.3 g/Kg· d灌服干预,以正常家兔为对照,8周末分别检测各组家兔血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)和血栓素B2(TXB2)含量,处死家兔观察心脏结构病理改变。结果:实验8周时,蛋氨酸组家兔与正常组比较血清Hcy、MDA、ET、TXB2显著升高(P<0.01),NO、SOD明显降低(P<0.01);组织学及免疫组化观察心肌内血管数减少,心肌横径增大,动脉管壁显著增厚,胶原纤维及Actin-平滑肌肌动蛋白表达增强;丹参组家兔与蛋氨酸组相比血清Hcy、MDA、ET、TXB2含量显著降低, NO、SOD水平升高;心肌内血管数目明显回升,胶原纤维和肌动蛋白表达减少。结论:HHcy可诱发兔心室重塑,丹参通过抑制a-SMA的表达、逆转心肌纤维化、提高抗氧化酶的活性等机制,改善和拮抗HHcy 兔的心室重塑作用。

목적:연구단삼대고동형반광안산혈증( HHcy)토심실중소적영향。방법:용2%단안산음식제비토HHcy모형,단삼3.3 g/Kg· d관복간예,이정상가토위대조,8주말분별검측각조가토혈청병이철(MDA)、초양화물기화매(SOD)、동형반광안산(Hcy)、일양화담(NO)、내피소(ET)화혈전소B2(TXB2)함량,처사가토관찰심장결구병리개변。결과:실험8주시,단안산조가토여정상조비교혈청Hcy、MDA、ET、TXB2현저승고(P<0.01),NO、SOD명현강저(P<0.01);조직학급면역조화관찰심기내혈관수감소,심기횡경증대,동맥관벽현저증후,효원섬유급Actin-평활기기동단백표체증강;단삼조가토여단안산조상비혈청Hcy、MDA、ET、TXB2함량현저강저, NO、SOD수평승고;심기내혈관수목명현회승,효원섬유화기동단백표체감소。결론:HHcy가유발토심실중소,단삼통과억제a-SMA적표체、역전심기섬유화、제고항양화매적활성등궤제,개선화길항HHcy 토적심실중소작용。
Objective:To observe the Effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on ventricular remodeling in hyperhomocysteinemia ( HHcy) rabbits. Methods:Use 2%methionine (MET) diet to establish the HHcy rabbits models , fed the experimental group with Salvia miltiorrhiza 3. 3g/kg.d for 8 weeks, Detect the content of the malonaldehyde (MDA), the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the nitric oxide (NO) in each group , observe the pathological changes of cardiac structure at the same time .Results:8 weeks after the experiment , the HCY MDA and TXB2 levels in the MET group were significantly increased (p<0.01), but the level of NO and SOD were significantly de-creased(p<0.01);observe by histology and immunohistochemistry , the number of vessel in myocardium is decreased , the transverse di-ameter of myocardium is increased , the arterial wall is significantly thickened , the express of the collagenous fiber and the smooth muscle actin were enhanced;the MDA and TXB2 levels in the salvia miltiorrhiza group were significantly decreased (p<0.01), but the level of NO and SOD were significantly increased (p<0.01);the number of vascellumin in myocardium is increased , the express of the collage-nous fiber and the smooth muscle actin were decreased .Conclusion:the HHcy can induce the ventricular remodeling of rabbits .because Salvia miltiorrhiza can suppression the express of A -SMA, reverse myocardial fibrosis , increase the antioxidant enzyme activity , it can improve and rival the ventricular remodeling in HHcy rabbits .
