目的对关节镜微创技术在骨外科中的应用效果进行分析和总结。方法对我院收治的82例骨外科手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。其中有64例患者为膝关节创伤、14例患者为肩关节创伤、4例患者为髋关节损伤。将这些患者随机分组为试验组和对照组,每组各为41例;对照组:对患者使用常规的切开复位手术。试验组:对患者使用关节镜微创技术治疗。结果对患者进行随访6~12个月,平均随访时间为(8.5±0.5)个月;试验组:优32例、良8例、可1例;治疗优良率为97.6%。试验组:优25例、良5例、可11例;治疗优良率为73.2%。比较两组患者的治疗优良率,差异显著,具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论在骨外科手术中使用关节镜微创技术对患者进行治疗,具有非常好的治疗效果,同时其具有微创和高效等优点。

objective to arthroscopy of minimally invasive technology application in orthopedic surgery effect was analyzed and summarized. Methods in our hospital clinical data of 82 patients with bone surgery were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Including 64 cases of knee joint trauma, 14 cases of shoulder joint trauma, 4 cases of the hip joint injury. These patients were randomly grouped into treatment group and control group, each group of 41 cases;Control group:the patients with conventional open reduction surgery. Experimental group:the patients with arthroscopic treatment of minimally invasive technique. Results the patients were followed up for 6~12 months, mean follow-up time was (8.5+0.5) months;Experimental group: 32 cases, 8 cases, 1 case;Treatment is 97.6%. Treatment group: 25 cases, good in 5 cases, 11 cases;Treatment is 73.2%. Compare two groups of patient care is, signiifcant difference, statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion the use of arthroscopy in bone surgery minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of patients with, has the very good treatment effect, at the same time it has the advantages of minimally invasive and effective.
