　　目的探讨手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法和效果。方法回顾性分析我院30例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料，根据患者手术前X线、CT及临床检查情况采取不同的治疗方法。结果对所有患者进行术后随访6个月~24个月，所有患者均未出现伤口感染，关节活动度好。结论胫骨平台骨折若早期处理不当日后容易造成创伤性关节炎、关节不稳、关节僵硬等后遗症，严重影响下肢的功能，因此早期手术治疗是最好的治疗方法。
　　목적탐토수술치료경골평태골절적치료방법화효과。방법회고성분석아원30례경골평태골절환자적림상자료，근거환자수술전X선、CT급림상검사정황채취불동적치료방법。결과대소유환자진행술후수방6개월~24개월，소유환자균미출현상구감염，관절활동도호。결론경골평태골절약조기처리불당일후용역조성창상성관절염、관절불은、관절강경등후유증，엄중영향하지적공능，인차조기수술치료시최호적치료방법。
Objective To investigate the treatment method and effect of operation treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 30 patients with tibial plateau fractures in our hospital, adopt different treatments according to the patients before operation, clinical examination and X-ray CT. Results all patients were followed up after 6 months to 24 months, all patients had no wound infection, good motion of joints. Conclusion if the early treatment is not on the day after the easily lead to traumatic arthritis, joint instability, joint stiffness and other sequelae of fracture of tibial plateau, serious impact on lower limb function, so the early operation treatment is the best treatment method.
